We generate CNC toolpaths from a range of CAD file types. If you don’t have a CAD file we can create one for you based on an image, a hand drawing or a physical object.

3-Axis CNC machining is ideal for flat components like cabinet parts, table tops, templates and die walls. A 12HP HSD spindle provides ample power for materials ranging from plastic to brass. A 10HP rotary vane vacuum pump holes the parts firmly in place during the cutting process.

Some parts are too large and complicated to machine on a traditional CNC router. Robots are typically seen in large factories doing repetitive tasks. But mount a CNC spindle to the end of the robot and you have a highly flexible milling solution that can make parts as large and complex as the largest traditional CNC machines.
